New Market Member joins globalCOAL

Singapore Overseas Enterprise Pte Ltd (SSOE) is the latest member to join
the globalCOAL trading community. A subsidiary of Aditya Birla Group, they are
a commodity trading house based in Singapore. SSOE has a global reach and
trades in a broad range of bulk commodities.
