HCCLV FOB Australia Metallurgical Coal
Unlike other globalCOAL specifications, the HCCLV RSS does not prescribe rejection limits. Instead, the Seller must deliver one of the allowable brands, for which typical specifications are widely available, and evidence the Brand on the shipping documentation.
